MISS HAILEY'S 3rd B'DAY CARD




I had so much fun making the double envelope tag holder Sat. nite at the virtual crop w/ the Beach ladies. I decided to make my granddaughter's b'day card with the same technique. She will love pulling out all the tags with Little Mermaid on them as that is the theme of her party. Thanks to Laura for the great tutorial on this.
